Eti Soda is one of the operating companies of WE Soda. Trona ore, located in Beypazarı district of Ankara, is extracted from the ground by the solution extraction technology, which is a safe and environment friendly operating technique.
Eti Soda: The first Natural Soda Ash producer of Europe
The trona solution is taken into the monohydrate process in our facility and converted to the Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Bicarbonate products. The products of ETI SODA, which are used in many sectors such as glass production and baking powder, are exported all over the world, especially to European countries.

What is Soda Ash?
Soda Ash is a safe and simple compound which is used in thousands of everyday items from the manufacturing of glass, to cleaning products, pharmaceuticals and food. Civilisations as far back as the Egyptians and the Romans discovered its remarkable properties and began using this naturally occurring ingredient to produce glass vessels, medicines and food.
